For the special person - especially a teen - in your life, buying a cell phone for them is a nice touch to set off the Christmas holidays right.
There are numerous varieties and plans to choose from and it’s worth looking into these before you purchase a plan.
You can simply buy the person a phone but without a plan, there is little they can do with it. For that reason, you’ll want to look at plans first. Cell phones can even be purchased that has a qwerty board so that text messaging and other uses of the board are easier. Fancy phones are more like PDA and phones all in one package. Of course, the more stuff you put on the phone, the costlier it will be and expensive phones can cost upwards of £200.
Buying a mobile phone can be a long term commitment so make certain it’s a gift the recipient will love and not abuse. There are many companies to choose from so make some plan comparisons and buy a nice phone for that special someone.
